What You’ll Do
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring service and culinary experiences consistently exceed expectations
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a large team, including 8+ salaried managers and a diverse, high-performing hourly staff
- Champion a culture of elevated service standards, attention to detail, and warm, genuine guest interactions
- Drive profitability through strong financial oversight of full restaurant P&L, labor and cost controls, and strategic decision-making
- Foster a culture of creativity, integrity, and collaboration across departments
- Hire, train, and retain top talent while cultivating an environment that supports growth and excellence
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary: $125,000–$145,000

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level or General Manager position in a high-volume, fine dining environment
- Proven experience managing full P&L and delivering strong financial results
- Track record of building engaged, high-performing teams through strong leadership and mentorship
- Deep knowledge of hospitality operations, guest relations, and service excellence
- A calm, confident presence with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
