Bar Manager
Location: New jersey | Arora Hospitality Group
Arora Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead the beverage program at our new full-service restaurant concept. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails—especially those inspired by Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Mexican flavors—and thrives in creating exceptional guest experiences while managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the full beverage program, including craft cocktails, spirits, wine, and NA offerings

Lead the bar team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and daily supervision

Create seasonal cocktail menus and implement recipes with consistency and precision

Manage bar inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cost control

Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, including all alcohol service laws

Collaborate with kitchen and management to create food and beverage pairings and event-driven offerings

Act as a visible leader during service, providing guidance, hospitality, and energy behind the bar
Qualifications:

3–5 years of bartending experience, with at least 1–2 years in a bar leadership or management role

Strong knowledge of classic and modern mixology techniques

Proven ability to build and manage a high-functioning team

Experience with inventory management and maintaining cost targets

Exceptional guest service, organization, and multitasking skills

TIPS or equivalent certification preferred
