Proficient in core kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and plating

Committed to maintaining product quality and consistency across every dish served

Able to follow detailed opening and closing procedures for smooth daily operations

Willing to assist with various duties as directed by kitchen leadership

Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume New York City restaurant (BOH)

Familiarity with NYC Department of Health standards and compliance

NYC Food Protection Certificate a plus
