Job Details
Sette Osteria is looking for Lead Host(less) who will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth guest flow, and overseeing the host team. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, optimizing seating arrangements. They also play a crucial role in guest relations, resolving issues.
 
Key Responsibilities:Guest Relations: Welcoming guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and addressing any concerns or complaints. 

          Reservations:
Managing reservations, handling walk-ins, and optimizing seating arrangements. 

  • Seating and Guest Flow: Guiding guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of service.
  • Problem Resolution: Addressing guest complaints and resolving any issues that may arise. 
  • Menu Knowledge: Understanding the menu and being able to answer guest questions. 
  • Cleanliness: Ensuring the host station and waiting areas are clean and organized.
