We are looking for a talented Maitre d’ who is relentlessly passionate about hospitality. This person effortlessly lights up a room and has an impact on every person with which they speak. They have a tireless dedication for being meticulous with the reservation book. Highly seasoned, they can seamlessly balance detail oriented pre-planning with last minute VIP requests.
We have a very active environment that requires high level critical thinking. Abundant active feedback is the culture, and our the team relentlessly pushes forward the definition of “great”. Must have prior Maitre D' experience within a relevant hospitality company for a minimum of 2 years.
Responsibilities:
The Maitre’d plays a crucial role in the success of the restaurant and will be responsible for assisting the Management Team in seating the dining room. You will be responsible for following the proper steps of service and adhering to all company guidelines. Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to help provide a memorable dining experience for our patrons.
Qualifications:
- Have 2 years of Maitre’d experience with a bespoke brand
- Are organized and proficient at multitasking
- Are a reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
- Have strong verbal communication skills
- Are committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Have open availability to work days, nights and weekends
