About the Role:

We're hiring a dedicated and knowledgeable Food Runner to contribute to exceptional guest experiences in our busy restaurant. You'll be the vital link between the kitchen and our guests, delivering food with detailed descriptions and allergy awareness, while also collaborating with the FOH team to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely food and beverage delivery.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure that all service standards are met and that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
• Assist with table assignments and kitchen and foh plateware set up 
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a runner or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong knowledge of food service standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
