Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and gracious FOH Service Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a refined, guest-forward environment and are passionate about high-level service, beverage, and cuisine. You will work closely with a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and a drive for excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in fine dining, high-end cocktail bars, or Michelin-level service preferred

• Strong understanding of hospitality fundamentals, with a desire to elevate the guest experience

• Knowledge of spirits, sake, wine, and Japanese cuisine is a plus—or a willingness to learn deeply

• Ability to maintain grace and efficiency in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

• A collaborative spirit and commitment to team culture

• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver thoughtful, attentive, and anticipatory service to all guests

• Guide guests through the food and beverage menu with confidence and clarity

• Uphold service standards with consistency, humility, and respect

• Support the flow of service through strong teamwork and communication

• Participate in ongoing education and training to further develop expertise
