As the Kitchen Manager at Ina Mae Tavern and Packaged Goods, you’ll:
- Lead the Ina Mae Team-to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Ina Mae Tavern and Packaged Goods standards for food quality, safety, and service.
- Drive the kitchen’s operational performance by managing food costs, inventory, and labor while maintaining a profitable and guest-centric environment.
- Train and mentor your team to serve killer Southern inspired cuisine while fostering a fun, creative, and high-energy culture.
