Protégé seeks a motivated LEAD-Chef de Partie to join our brigade.

We're a Michelin-starred, upscale-casual restaurant located in Palo Alto. Our culture fosters genuine hospitality, professional growth and we place enormous value on teamwork and personal respect.

This position is full-time and will be responsible for a station specific postion within our kitchen brigade.

Some fine dining experience is preferred, but as our name implies, we're looking for individuals who we can mentor and help to reach their full potential. A passion for learning and the ambition to grow is essential!
