Flinders Lane Kitchen & Bar is seeking an experienced and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our passionate hospitality team. Located in the heart of Stamford, our restaurant brings a unique blend of modern Australian-inspired cuisine and New American sensibility in a warm, welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily FOH operations with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Coach and develop staff to deliver consistent, high-level service, and guest average spend

• Maintain a positive and productive work environment

• Collaborate with ownership and the chef to ensure smooth service and memorable guest experiences

• Oversee scheduling, floor plans, reservations, and guest relations

• Uphold our core values: hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and positivity

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of FOH management experience in a full-service restaurant

• A natural leader who leads by example and inspires those around them

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Passion for hospitality, making people feel seen, great food, wine, and cocktails

• A calm presence under pressure and a problem-solver’s mindset

• Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred), OpenTable, and general restaurant tech
