Saint Urban is of a new generation of fine dining restaurants. It builds on the classic framework of haute cuisine but strips out what we feel is no longer relevant. We emphasize over-the-top hospitality with a goal to create a guest experience so elevated and yet so comfortable, our guests have no choice but to return.

We have a strong focus on wine, but in a new way; designing the food around the wine and focusing on specific old-world regions. Our team is always learning, as the menu and wine offering are always changing.

We are as excited about sharing these wines at all price points, catering to guests at every stop along their wine journey.

We are seeking a Runner to join our team for this exciting opportunity. A successful candidate will:
