The Finance manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing the financial operation and strategies of an organization. This is a crucial part of the organizational leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop and monitor financial strategies, policies, and plans aligned with the objectives of Love Makoto, L’ardente, and Unconventional Diner.
- Analyze financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create forecasting reports and assess trends in financial scenarios throughout Love Makoto, L’ardente, and Unconventional Diner.
- Manage and ensure all sales tax reports are up to date.
Financial Reporting, and Management
- Oversee and develop financial reports, including revenue and expenses, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure accurate recording and collection.
- Manage accounts payable processes and accurate recording of payments.
- Oversee all payroll operations, and ensure timely, and accurate processing.
- Track and manage the in-house service charge, and employees’ overtime
- Track and manage employees' overtime.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for managing, and budgeting reports in reference to inventory, quality on hand (QDH), sales to date (STD), cost of goods sold (COGS), and Gross Margins (GM) monthly for all departments.
- Analyze and present financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities for the restaurant group.
- Present financial information to the owners, Ops managers, and Directors a detailed summary of reports in weekly meetings.
Operations Management
- Manage and oversee all permits for L’ardente, Love Makato, Unconventional Diner
- Serve as the lead liaison with Certified Public Accountants, and financial accounts within the restaurant community.
- Oversee insurance policies throughout our properties to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Compliance management for all licensing and permits for each location
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $95,000.00)
