📍 Now Hiring: Catering & Events Sales Manager
Location: Midtown & Hudson Yards, NYC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (In-office 4 days/week)
Salary: $70,000–$75,000 base + 3–5% commission on direct catering sales

This is your opportunity to shape and expand the catering and events programs for a thriving multi-brand restaurant group. If you have a strong background in high-volume QSR catering, bagel concepts, or B2B sales — and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment — we’d love to meet you.
🥪 What You’ll Do-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and recurring catering clients

Proactively grow catering sales through outreach, referrals, and exceptional service

Manage inbound orders from catering platforms and coordinate logistics with store teams

Partner with the Catering Director to curate seasonal menus and custom event offerings

Support key client meetings and initiatives with occasional on-site presence

Track client satisfaction and ensure every experience meets our high standards

Stay up-to-date on all menu changes, packaging upgrades, and pricing across brands

Identify growth opportunities across business sectors: tech, finance, legal, nonprofit, event spaces, tour operators, and more

Maintain and build sector-specific lead lists to drive pipeline growth

Collaborate with GMs, culinary teams, and internal departments to deliver seamless service

2–3 years of experience in catering sales or hospitality B2B sales (QSR preferred)

A proven track record of building client pipelines and closing catering deals
-
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills
-
Familiarity with catering platforms, CRM tools, and restaurant order management systems

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with grace and efficiency

Knowledge of delivery logistics, large orders, and high-volume catering coordination

Flexibility to travel within Manhattan for meetings and client visits

Report directly to the Director of Catering

Collaborate with restaurant General Managers, culinary teams, and corporate support staff
-
