About The Role:
Blue Hill at Stone Barns is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Department Intern to support the planning and execution of social and corporate events. Together with our nonprofit partner, Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture, we create experiences that showcase regenerative agriculture and culinary excellence.
The Events Department Intern will report to the Director of Events and play a key role in supporting event operations—from day-to-day coordination to hands-on assistance during events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a foundation in event planning while being immersed in a mission-driven hospitality environment.

- Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in Google Suite and comfortable using digital tools to stay organized. Experience in InDesign and Tripleseat a plus.
Tasks May Include:
- Managing and organizing client databases.
- Conducting vendor research and gathering proposals.
- Updating event checklists, overviews, and timelines.
- Assisting Event Managers with day-of logistics and execution.
- Performing administrative duties and supporting the team as needed.
The Details:
- Compensation: $18/hour
- Location & Hours: Full-time, in-person position at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, NY (~1 hour from NYC), Wednesday through Sunday. This role includes working nights and weekends.
