Now Hiring: A lead-by-example Restaurant Manager who loves to train and mentor their team.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000
- Quarterly bonus program

Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant
- Prior experience managing the front door as a Maître d' / Lead Host desired
- Experience with Resy and/or OpenTable reservation systems preferred
- Ability to assist with the management of service and complete administrative functions as assigned
- Excellent communication and critical thinking decision-making skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
