Milo + Olive is looking for a passionate, restaurant professional to join our FOH team.
Milo & Olive is a high-volume, chef driven, "Cal-talian" restaurant that uses the freshest, farmers' market ingredients and prides itself on being a long time, local favorite.
We are looking for team members that embody the warm hospitality that our restaurant is known for.
We are hiring servers for our lunch & dinner services. Our ideal candidates should have experience in a fast paced, full service restaurant. Having wine knowledge is a plus, and be a team player is a must.
Server Requirements
• Restaurant experience a plus
• Be comfortable standing for long periods and managing a very busy shift
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver items when necessary
• Able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude & ability to work well under pressure and with all restaurant staff
• Able to preform high-quality work while unsupervised
• Have a high level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with all of our guests
• Have solid organizational and people skills
• Be available to work various daytime, evening, and weekend shifts - includes holidays
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.27) plus tips
