Position Summary:
As Sous-Chef, you will work directly alongside the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure a smooth and efficient service. You will be a key leader, inspiring and developing the kitchen team while contributing to menu innovation and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef with all aspects of kitchen management.

  • Supervise and support the kitchen brigade during service.

  • Ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.

  • Manage inventory, food costs, and labor control.

  • Uphold and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

  • Participate in menu development, tastings, and staff training.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

  • Step in for the Executive Chef during their absence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous-Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume or fine dining establishment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control, and inventory management.

  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop team members.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).

  • Valid food safety certification.

  • Passion for innovation, quality, and hospitality.
