Position Summary:
As Sous-Chef, you will work directly alongside the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure a smooth and efficient service. You will be a key leader, inspiring and developing the kitchen team while contributing to menu innovation and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef with all aspects of kitchen management.

Supervise and support the kitchen brigade during service.

Ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.

Manage inventory, food costs, and labor control.

Uphold and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Participate in menu development, tastings, and staff training.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

Step in for the Executive Chef during their absence.
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience as a Sous-Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume or fine dining establishment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control, and inventory management.

Ability to lead, inspire, and develop team members.
-
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).

Valid food safety certification.
-
Passion for innovation, quality, and hospitality.
