Vera Cocina — Washington D.C.'s vibrant Lebanese-Mexican restaurant and nightlife destination — is looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team!

At Vera, our bartenders are not just drink makers — they are a vital part of the guest experience. We are seeking individuals who are creative, professional, and thrive in both a polished dinner service and a high-energy late-night environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and creativity.

• Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging service at the bar and for the dining room.

• Maintain clean and organized bar stations, prep ingredients, and stock supplies throughout service.

• Work closely with the bar team, bottle service team, and management to create a seamless guest experience.

• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and create memorable moments — from dinner to late-night bottle service.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant or nightlife venue.

• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits.

• Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.

• Late-night and weekend availability required.
