We’re hiring full-time Crew Members to join a hands-on, high-performance team that’s as passionate about service as it is about food.

This role is:

You’ll work across several key areas of the restaurant, including:

Food Preparation & Service

• Prepare, assemble, and finish sandwiches at makeline stations
• Operate a panini press, toaster, and other kitchen equipment with precision
• Follow recipes and plating standards with consistency and care

Guest Experience & Service

• Greet guests and take orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Bag and check orders for completeness, accuracy, and quality
• Engage guests with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

Teamwork & Operations

• Work side-by-side with teammates to keep service smooth during peak times
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety protocols
• Move efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying focused and calm

• 18+ years old and excited to work as part of a high-performance team
• 1+ year of experience in food service (strongly preferred)
• A strong communicator with solid English language skills
• Dependable, punctual, and energized by a job well done
• Comfortable with restaurant tech (POS, KDS, etc.)
• Must have valid NYC Food Protection Certificate and Food Handlers Certificate

Sample Shifts (subject to change):

• First shift: 6 AM – 4 PM
• Second shift: 10 AM – 8 PM
