Marlow East, a new modern American restaurant on the Upper East Side, is looking for welcoming, and hospitality-driven Hosts/Hostesses to join our opening team.

Rooted in modern American cuisine, our menu highlights seasonal ingredients and thoughtful technique, paired with an inviting and refined dining experience. As a Host or Hostess, you’ll be the first impression for every guest, setting the tone for a warm and memorable visit.

We’re looking for individuals who are gracious, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Experience in a fine dining or high-volume setting is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and engaging guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism

• Managing reservations and coordinating the flow of the dining room

• Communicating special requests and guest preferences to the service team

• Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
