We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team of a Large 200 seat Mexican Fusion Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have some experience in kitchen management and a understanding of food service operations. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. You will play a crucial role in menu planning, inventory control, and catering services while fostering a positive and productive work environment. We have hired a food consultant who is formulating a unique menu, the ideal candidate will be open to learning from him and collaborate to come up with a gourmet menu. As its a new restaurant a team building spirit is key!

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
