With Others — Now Hiring: Servers
$11–$15/hour + tips | 2–3 shifts/week required

With Others is a lively wine bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, offering a seasonally driven menu of rotating small plates and a curated list of low-intervention wines from small producers. We’re open five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday.

We are seeking experienced, passionate, and professional Servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to work in a wine-focused setting. Our space is small, so communication, organization, and efficiency are critical to the guest experience and the overall flow of service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of serving experience in NYC or another major city.

• Demonstrable wine knowledge, ideally with a focus on low-intervention, natural, or small-producer wines.

• Currently pursuing or completed formal wine education (WSET, CMS, or equivalent) preferred.

• Experience working with Toast POS system.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay organized under pressure.

• Open availability and ability to commit to a set schedule (minimum of 2–3 shifts per week).

• Reliable transportation to Williamsburg.

• A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.

The Role:

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service in a high-volume environment.

• Communicate clearly and efficiently with FOH and BOH teams throughout service.

• Manage multiple tables while maintaining a sense of ease and genuine hospitality.

• Maintain a strong understanding of our food and wine menus, with a willingness to continually learn and grow.

• Support the setup, breakdown, and cleanliness of the dining room and service stations.

Compensation:
