$15 to $18/hour + tips (DOE)

With Others — a lively neighborhood wine bar in Williamsburg — is looking for an experienced, service-driven Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for the evening and help create a warm, seamless experience from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of high-volume host experience.

• Resy experience required.

• Strong employment record that shows commitment and reliability.

• Passion for maximizing covers while thoughtfully managing guest expectations.

• Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly under pressure.

• Must be able to work on Friday & Saturday nights 

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the reservation book according to restaurant standards and policies.

• Providing warm, friendly, and attentive guest service.

• Responding to the pace of service and environment with urgency and grace.

• Understanding and completing sidework and all hosting tasks with care and consistency.

• Maintaining a polished, professional presentation and positive attitude at all times.

• Having basic menu knowledge to accurately answer guest questions.

• Willingness to jump in wherever service requires support.

• Assisting with tasks that ensure a stocked, clean, and safe restaurant.
