We are looking for an experienced Bartender with a strong hospitality approach and an ability to build and maintain a solid customer base. This role also requires a strong knowledge of DOH Codes and FD Codes and any other State required obligations within the bar area. 
Overseeing Inventory Control and leading the seasonal beverage programs such as Signature Cocktail changes and Wine changes. 
Have an ability to train incoming staff to a high standard as set down by the GM and company ethos. 
Overseeing opening or closing shifts as required and flexible to the requirements of the business.
