Better Days and 143 Social are looking for passionate individuals to join a new and exciting restaurant rebranding. We are a casual fine dining restaurant serving Modern American Food with Mediterranean Influence. We also have a speakeasy style cocktail bar in which we serve high end bar snacks and small plates. We are open for lunch, dinner, late night cocktails and brunch on the weekends.
With a new Chef and with his years of experience in New York City fine dining we are looking to elevate the food and service experience we have here and we are looking for applicants with 1-2 years of kitchen management experience to join us.
We boast a very positive working environment and a strong team oriented working mentality. The goal is to create and serve beautiful and delicious food with a smile on our face. Our Chef has over ten years of high end experience and we are utilizing recipes and techniques handed down from chefs like Daniel Boulud, Ignacio Mattos and Bryce Schuman.
Seeking applicants who are comfortable cooking/overseeing the cooking of meat to temp, fish, pasta- all while managing the flow of service.
Administrative work includes but is not limited to the following

- Scheduling and time punch management
- Prep sheet and inventory maintenance
- Daily ordering of proteins, dairy , produce and dry goods in line with budget and service needs.
- financial reporting to ownership and management on food cost and labor cost
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
