We are seeking a polished and professional Host/Hostess to join our team, delivering exceptional service that aligns with Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest lists efficiently using OpenTable.

• Collaborate with dining room, bar, and in-room dining teams to ensure seamless service.

• Provide menu knowledge, highlight daily specials, and assist guests with personalized recommendations.

• Maintain the cleanliness and elegance of the host stand and surrounding areas.

• Handle VIPs, special requests, and guest feedback with discretion and care.

• Operate the POS Micros system accurately for order entry and guest management.

• Uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality in line with Forbes Guide expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments is preferred.

• Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills.

• Familiarity with OpenTable reservation management system is required.

• Full proficiency in POS Micros system is mandatory.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or additional languages is a plus.

• Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide service standards is highly desirable.

• Positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
