Wayfare Tavern is Hiring: Part-Time Office Administrator / Controller
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Wayfare Tavern is looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Office Administrator/Controller to join our team at our new location at 201 Pine Street. This part-time position plays a vital role in supporting our leadership team and keeping the restaurant running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities Include:

Managing daily office operations, including office supplies, filing, and organization

Handling employee onboarding and HR paperwork

Managing incoming calls, emails, and reservations (OpenTable)

Assisting the Director of Operations with scheduling and project coordination
-
Printing and updating menus as needed
-
Processing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling statements, and tracking expenses

Supporting inventory tracking and basic cost controls
-
Preparing basic financial reports and assisting with budget monitoring

Using OpenTable, Google Suite, and POS systems
Bonus Points If You Have:

Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (for menu updates and printing)

Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software

Previous hospitality or restaurant office management experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently
