Job Details:
Helmed by Chef Brian Limoges (Atelier Crenn, Quince, Birdsong and Saison), Enclos has recently been awarded a Two Star Michelin award, as well as the prestigious Green Star award for our efforts in sustainability. Enclos offers a nightly Chef's tasting menu, Wednesday through Saturday. In partnership with Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyard and Winery, we will showcase our wines as well as local and international wines.
Looking for the following FOH positions:

Back Server

The ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. While we prefer 2+ years in fine dining, a good attitude, and a strong work ethic will be just as important. Responsible for supporting the front-of-house Captains by ensuring the tables are properly set and all necessary items are readily available. Also assist with running food, clearing plates, refilling drinks, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Wine knowledge as well as knowing the menu to convey to the guest. The restaurant will be open Wednesday-Saturday for dinner only. We offer a competitive compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, accrued vacation time and 401K.
