Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee guest interactions, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized server area, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests to optimize seating capacity and minimize wait times when necessary;
• Oversee service, including execution of opening/closing checklists.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous experience as a server role in a high-end bar or hospitality setting.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines, with a creative flair.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a charismatic and engaging personality.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Expert knowledge with POS systems and cash handling.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• In-depth understanding of alcohol service regulations and responsible beverage/ food practices.
• Positive attitude and passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• TIPS certification a plus, but not required
