Part-Time Server and Cashier position available at Danke, a sandwich shop and wine bar in The Sterling Food Hall. The sister restaurant to the award-winning Table, Donkey and Stick, we have been in the food hall for the last eight years.
Danke is known for delicious handcrafted sandwiches on our house-baked bread, as well as cheese and charcuterie plates. Our bar features rotating wines by the glass and beer. We pride ourselves on giving great service to regulars and new customers during our fast-paced, high-volume lunch service. Guest experience is a hybrid of fast-casual service at the cash register and counter service at our 12-seat bar.
We are currently looking for an outgoing, friendly, and detail-oriented cashier and server who has previous food service or hospitality experience and loves food. 20-25 hrs/wk, $20+/hr after tips. Danke is open Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm. (No weekends or late nights!) Must be able to carry up to 30 lbs. Wine and beer knowledge a plus!
