Moono is a Korean upscale casual dining restaurant in New York's KoreaTown neighborhood. It is Chef Hoyoung Kim's follow-up to the 1 Michelin starred Jua. We are looking for passionate and dedicated hospitality professionals.
Qualifications And Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in casual and fine dining
- A strong sense of urgency and work ethic
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and being respectful
- Flexible schedule is required
- Punctuality is a must
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus
