Line Cook

Gus's is a dynamic restaurant in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn from Chef Chris McDade. Our food is inspired by the trattoria, bistros, and cantinas of our favorite European cities while staying true to it's Brooklyn roots. We take pride in sourcing the best product possible, as close to home as possible.

We are looking for a cook to join our small team. Experience is preferred but will take the time to train the right person. We are a no yelling, no drama kitchen that demands punctuality, attention to detail, passion for your craft, self motivation, and a drive to succeed. We are open Wednesday-Sunday.
