Goosefeather: Part-Time Seasonal Servers & Bartenders
Location: Tarrytown, NY
Compensation: $16.50/hour (includes a base cash wage of $11.00/hour + tips, with a maximum tip credit of $5.50/hour). Tips typically range from $200–$250 per day.

The Role
We are currently hiring part-time, seasonal Servers and Bartenders to join our front-of-house team during our busiest months. Whether guiding guests through our culinary offerings or crafting standout cocktails, our ideal team members are professional, engaging, and committed to excellence.
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
- Stay up-to-date with menu items, preparation methods, and pairings through regular trainings and tastings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area at all times.
- Prepare beverages to Goosefeather’s standards (for bartenders).
- Follow proper alcohol service guidelines and uphold responsible consumption.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Execute opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the dining room or bar.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced or upscale dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails (for bartenders).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification preferred (for bartenders).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
