Chef/owner Michael Rafidi takes inspiration from his family’s Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient tradition of the region’s coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal, Mid-Atlantic ingredients and a refined culinary acumen. (not) Pizza melds Levantine ingredients and flavorful, chewy, sourdough pizza (or is it (not) pizza), inventive mezze, & beverage offerings in this newest concept from the Michelin rated and James Beard nominated chef.
The ideal Server candidate has at least 1 year of experience with night time availability.
We offer competitive hourly pay plus tips (estimated combined total $25 - $35 per hour), employee dining discounts, health insurance with no montly premiums, paid time off, 401k and opportunities to learn and grow with training and leadership opportunities.
