We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working chefs to join our dynamic, joyful kitchen team during our busy summer months. This is a pasta production role that is available on a short-term basis, starting in April and ending in September. We are open to review continued employment thereafter. 

What you’ll do: 

• You'll learn to make fresh pasta by hand every day. Use our extruder and sheeter, make fresh doughs, mix and season fillings and be inspired by all the Italian pasta grannies overseas. Work with your hands and develop an amazing, specialized skill.
• Learn how to maintain a high quality of fresh pasta in a large volume; drive daily production pars, organize inventory, store and rotate dried pasta, track changes in the weather or storage that may affect the final product, and more. We want you to fall in love with all the little details of pasta making. 
• Collaborate with other chefs and managers on ergonomics, prep, set-up/break-down, and inventory. We are always interested in learning from your experiences and teaching you our best practices. 
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our menu and the culinary traditions that inspire us.
• Participate in ongoing training, education and tasting.
