Scratchboard Kitchen is searching for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our chef-driven kitchen. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean technique, thrives in a focused environment, and can confidently lead the line and expedite service.
This role is perfect for a culinary professional who values consistency, teamwork, and high standards. The schedule is primarily morning shifts with steady daytime hours, though flexibility is also valued.
What You’ll Do
• Execute dishes with accuracy, urgency, and care
• Maintain a clean and efficient station from start to finish
• Expedite and lead the line during busy services
• Own your prep list and stay ahead of the curve
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards every time
• Communicate clearly and help set the tone for the team
What We’re Looking For
• Two or more years of professional kitchen experience
• Proven ability to expedite and take the lead on the line
• Strong understanding of prep, scratch cooking, and time management
• Composure and clarity under pressure
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00)
