Founded in 2023 by a team of former collegiate and professional athletes, The Racquet Lounge (TRL) was created from a shared passion for racquet sports and a desire to build a vibrant, inclusive community. Since then, TRL has become a dynamic sanctuary where leaders in sports, business, and entertainment come together.

Nestled within a five-acre oasis, TRL is a members-only club offering premier Tennis, Padel, and Pickleball facilities. We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our members, on and off the court, all season long.

About the Role

The Racquet Lounge is looking for a reliable, creative, and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to lead our marketing efforts this summer. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and event promotion in a vibrant club setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Draft and send weekly email newsletters to club members
  • Promote events, tournaments, and seasonal programs
  • Capture and share photos/videos from events and daily club life
  • Design basic marketing materials using Canva
  • Keep members informed and engaged through thoughtful communication and planning
Qualifications
  • High school senior, college student, or recent grad
  • Familiar with Instagram, Canva, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own time
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Bonus: Passion for tennis, pickleball, or being part of an active community
