Support Staff

We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented Food Runner/Busser/Support to assist with maintaining the flow of service and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. This role is essential in keeping the dining area clean, assisting servers, and ensuring food is delivered promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate is attentive, efficient, and eager to be part of a dynamic hospitality team.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards and guest satisfaction are maintained.
• Ensure dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly stocked and available for service.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Support communication between the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure accurate and prompt food delivery.
• Assist in accommodating guest needs, including refilling water glasses and providing extra utensils when necessary.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and management to create a seamless dining experience.

• Prior experience as a busser, food runner, or in a similar support role
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to providing excellent service.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
