Responsibilities Include:
-Report directly to General Manager
-Run Pre-Shift Meetings to prepare for Dinner Service
-Assign Servers / Oversee Waitstaff / Maintain Standards of Service
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Conflict Resolution & Creative Problem Solving Skills
-Reliable & Punctual
-General Fine Dining Experience
-Wine & Cocktail Knowledge
-Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) a plus
-Event Coordinating Experience a plus
-Ability to cross/train or pickup shifts at our Southampton location a plus
Compensation Details
Compensation: Daily ($250.00 - $300.00)
