Acqua al 2 is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a full-time position at our Capitol Hill location, set to reopen soon. The role involves various management duties, including hiring, training, supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing labor costs, handling inventory, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Job requirements include 2 years of management experience (restaurant management preferred) and 3-4 years of restaurant experience. Flexible hours (50-55 hours per week) are required.
The position offers a competitive salary ($60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year), health care benefits, 2 weeks of paid time off, and dining discounts, among other benefits including 401(k), dental, vision, and flexible scheduling. The job is located in Washing DC, However, training will be held at the Annapolis location. Therefore the ability to commute initially is required.
