Tourmaline is a new fine dining destination restaurant coming to Forest Hills, Queens NYC.
Our vision: Michelin-quality seasonal American cuisine with French influence, in the spirit of The French Laundry, Michel Guérard, and Michael Bras. Tourmaline will deliver beautiful, creative dishes, warm yet impeccable service, and a carefully curated wine list featuring outstanding producers with ethical practices.
We're seeking a full-time bartender and a full-time bartender/server to provide beverage service for our upscale dining room, garden, and event hall. We're particularly interested in people who have experience and deep knowledge of wine lists, cocktails, espresso service, elevated seasonal menus, and fine dining in general.
Detail-oriented professionals with a desire to provide service at a high level will make money here, but we're also looking for staff that is supportive and respectful of each other, who want to help make work a positive environment. Some qualities we love in staff are energy, charisma, and genuine warmth.
In addition to restaurant service, we have operated as an event space and will continue to host a wide range of private events, including moderate-sized weddings. It is important that our FOH team is enthusiastic to exceed expectations and make lasting impressions for all of the special moments that are celebrated here.
We're also looking for Servers and Support roles.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00 - $25.00) plus tips
