Responsibilities:

• Support servers and sommelier by clearing and resetting tables efficiently
• Assist with delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Perfect knowledge of our tasting menu ingredients and preparations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and server stations
• Ensure guest water and bread service is timely and consistent
• Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
• Professional demeanor and polished appearance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team player with excellent communication skills
