Position Overview

We’re looking for a part-time team member to support our growing operations and events across the NA:EUN Hospitality group. This person will play a key role in keeping day-to-day tasks on track — from prepping for upcoming collaborations to helping keep our internal systems organized.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excited about the hospitality world, has a strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with logistics, coordination, and prep tasks for events and collabs (on-site and off-site).
• Support the Director of Operations on internal organization (i.e. timelines, digital docs, vendor tracking, etc.)
• Help maintain order sheets, packing lists, and checklists for event days.
• Light administrative support (e.g. scheduling, printing, supply ordering).
• General office maintenance and upkeep (cleanliness, inventory, etc.).
• Jump in where needed — whether it’s helping label jars for an event or organizing event collateral.
• Occasionally assist other teams (HR, Design, Accounting) on small projects.
• Be available for event-day assistance (setup, breakdown, check-in, etc.) when possible.
• Help support internal comms and recaps across departments.
