We’re looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead with heart, hustle, and hospitality.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee front-of-house and kitchen operations during service to ensure an unforgettable guest experience
• Jump into guest interactions with positivity, professionalism, and a solution-first mindset
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef, GM, and fellow managers to coach and support the team through challenges
• Manage staffing levels and ensure daily operations are fully supported
• Lead the hiring, training, and ongoing coaching of our hourly service staff
• Conduct line checks each meal shift and document results to support quality and consistency
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback that fuels growth
• Ensure all people-related matters (from hiring to separations) are accurately documented and communicated to leadership
• Keep food and labor costs aligned with company goals—no surprises, just results

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
• A team-first mindset with a magnetic, positive energy
• Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends
• Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
• A passion for guest service, team culture, and making the workplace fun and fast-paced
