Job Details
Elske is a Michelin-starred restaurant from James Beard finalists Chefs David and Anna Posey.
We are looking for a candidate to fill a part-time position as a barback Fridays and Saturdays, with availability on Sundays in the summer season (May - September).
While previous barback experience is helpful, this is a great entry-level position for those looking to learn bar basics and service at a Michelin-level.
Duties include:
-Completing bar prep and setup (juicing, stocking, garnish prep, cleaning, etc.)
-Greeting bar guests
-Working with bartender to provide the same level of service as the floor to bar diners
-Polishing glasses behind the bar
-Assisting the service team on the floor with tasks such as clearing tables and pouring water for guests
-Restocking plates and glassware
