The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to mentor and retain a vibrant staff while running a successful food & beverage department. You will ensure that the quality of service and food and beverages are continually monitored and delivered with grace and integrity.
This position offers a comprehensive package including: A base salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 plus quarterly bonus potential up to 15%, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, paid vacation and paid sick time, and employee dining discounts.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-end, service-focused restaurant
- Experience hiring, training, mentoring, and retaining a diverse hourly staff
- Proven leadership capabilities that have focused on training and developing staff through a "coach-player" philosophy
- The ability to drive performance and success without compromising hospitality and service standards
