Job Title: General Manager-

About Us: FTK Hospitality is taking on an exciting search for one of our clients in Miami , an iconic establishment well known restaurant group with a track record of success for over 50 years in Miami , generating $5-10 million per location in revenue annually. As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead our team to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: As the GM, AGM you'll be the entrepreneurial spirit at the helm, driving the success of our iconic establishment.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and maintaining the highest standards in quality.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging growth.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons, exceeding their expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager , AGM's in the restaurant industry, preferably with independent restaurant groups.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bi Lingual - fluent Spanish & English speaking prefered

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
