Server Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome guests and provide recommendations from our menu.
• Take orders and ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
• Maintain the inviting ambiance of our restaurant.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen team.
• Address guest inquiries and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience is valued but not required.
- A warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Effective communication and team-player mentality.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Experience with Toast POS and Resy is a plus!
Host Responsibilty:
- Be warm, knowledgeable and noticeably appreciative
- Accommodate guests by making each individual feel welcome
- Act professionally and always maintain composure
- Identify and report problems to management immediately
- Be aware of service flow, dining timing, and adjust for each guest’s individual needs
- Implement and follow steps of service
Busser/Runner Responsibilities:
- Setting up tables with the appropriate mis en place (ketchup, salt pepper, HP and sugar bowl).
- Making sure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service – maintain stations fully during service.
- Setting up candles on the tables.
- Detailing all tables before the start of service to ensure place settings are neat and organized.
- Delivering bread and water to all tables in their assigned section, assisting other section when necessary.
- Making sure the bread warmer is always organized and full.
- Clearing tables between each course.
- Clearing and re-setting tables for new guests.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $60.00) plus tips
