Job Overview:
The Service Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by maintaining the cleanliness and flow of the restaurant. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for assisting with the silverware and glassware polishing process. You will also assist in small cleaning tasks throughout the dining room with concentration to cleanliness. Finally, you will do periodic checks of the restroom to ensure the facilities are maintained properly. Your attention to detail and efficiency are essential in supporting the service team and creating a seamless and memorable guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness of Front of House areas
- Polish and sort glassware and flatware
- Mop and take out trash as necessary
- Restroom maintenance
- Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls
- Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper
- Perform all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 0-1 years experience as a Porter, Dishwasher, Janitor, or similar role.
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Dependable, hard-working, and punctual a must
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Open availability a must - both daytime and overnight schedules available
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.00 - $20.00)
