We are looking for a fired up hospitality professional to be a Service Manager for K’Far in Brooklyn! Meaning ‘village’ in Hebrew, K’Far is an Israeli restaurant inspired by the food, energy and warmth of Israeli bakeries. Following the smashing success of their first collabortation, Laser Wolf - Brooklyn, CooknSolo restaurants and Boka Restaurant Group brought this exciting and delicious concept to New York.
K'Far offers Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with dishes first experienced by Chef Mike Solomonov at his very first kitchen job outside of Tel Aviv, K’Far Saba, K’Far’s menu will feature Israeli pastries – such as borekas with Bulgarian feta, chocolate rugelach, and babka – a lunch menu of salads, grain bowls, toasts made with traditional Yemenite Kubaneh bread and pressed Jerusalem Bagel sandwiches – and an equally versatile and homestyle -dinner menu. The Daytime Service Manager will be responsible for:
- Openining the restaurant and facilitating daytime service
- Service duties such as delivering comfortable-with-strong-attention-to-detail service to guests, opening and closing tasks, daily walk-throughs and executing and assisting with pre-shift meetings
- Assistance with ongoing education, training materials, employee-development, and culture cultivation
- Assistance with scheduling, inventory, and department-specific ordering
- Assistance with managing events, as needed
Physical requirements include:
- Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment
- Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs and uneven/sometimes slick surfaces

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $80,000.00)
